The Foundry Hotel, Belfast

Design ID were the Civil and Structural Engineers for the redevelopment of an existing building located on Hill Street, Belfast.

We carry out a wide range of structural inspections, ranging from the small- Homebuyer Survey structural issues in domestic properties, to the large scale- failure of structural members in large multi-storey developments.

We have carried out over 100 Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) surveys, determining construction forms in existing public buildings.
