Design ID collaborated with Ellis Design Studios and 3 Interiors on Flight Club, a £5.3m flagship social darts venue in Victoria, London. Our scope included the design of the steel and timber support structure for the helter skelter entrance stair which welcomes customers into the 1st floor ‘Fairground in the Sky’; a dramatic cantilevered bar canopy covering London’s longest and most spectacular bar at 36.5m long and a Victorian bandstand in the shadows of London’s dominating skyline.
Flight Club are doing a great job of making darts cool again, highlighting the social aspect of the game as well as creating the opportunity for structural artistry!
