Our Team
We have developed a practice where research, material and technical knowledge are key in providing services beyond those of the more traditional engineering consultants.
We have the skills required to engineer geometrically and structurally complex projects. 3D computer modelling is an integral aspect in realising many design visions and we are able to use our skills in this area at conceptual stages to help other members of the design team and clients visualise solutions.
Our approach, along with our creative background enable us to work in harmony with Architects without compromising the integrity of their concept. This inspires and drives us to create ingenious, forward thinking but appropriate designs to overcome engineering difficulties and material limitations.

Design ID has created the a new not-for-profit Foundation to promote science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) and make it accessible, inclusive and inspiring for all.
It creates hands-on experiences that connect schools, industry and communities, to help young people explore how STEM shapes the world around them, and the role they can play in building its future.
A primary aspect of this is its flagship outreach programme, The Big Bridge, which brings engineering to life through real-world learning.
It exists to spark curiosity, grow confidence and inspire lifelong skills that empower people, strengthen communities and build a better, more connected world.

Sport and Social
We understand maintaining team morale is crucial as we grow. That’s why our company-funded Sports & Social committee, plays a vital role. They organise events throughout the year to keep the energy high and the team connected. Whether it's an away day, a ping pong competition, or a friends & family BBQ, our Fun Managers ensure there’s always something exciting on the horizon.
This balanced approach ensures that while we deliver exceptional results & foster personal & professional growth, we never forget to have a good time along the way.
