Martyna Bochentin

Martyna is a Student Civil & Environmental and Sustainability Engineer at Design ID. She holds a BSc in Environmental Management with Professional Studies from Queen’s University Belfast and is currently completing an MSc in Environmental Engineering, continuing to work part‑time with the practice alongside her studies.

During her placement year with Design ID, Martyna developed a strong interest in the environmental aspects of civil engineering. Her work has included flood‑risk assessments, sustainable drainage (SuDS) design and supporting environmental assessments for infrastructure projects. She has also gained experience in 3D modelling of underground services, levels and drainage networks.

Martyna brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to her work and is motivated by contributing to infrastructure that delivers positive environmental outcomes.
