Mark McGrady

Mark graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a 1st Class MEng in Environmental and Civil Engineering and was awarded the CIWEM prize for finishing top of his year. Mark joined AECOM as a civil engineer, where he gained over four years’ experience working on a wide variety of civil infrastructure projects, specialising in potable water projects in the UK and Ireland. Mark relocated to England in 2021, where he worked on a number of water mains rehabilitation frameworks in London and water diversion schemes for HS2.

Fun Fact: Mark qualified for the World Amateur Road Race Championships in Glasgow. Mark also won his first cyclocross race in the Ulster Cyclocross series the day before joining Design ID.
