Suzanne studied Business and Tourism and spent the subsequent 17 years honing her skills in customer service and management in the hospitality sector. Suzanne's passion for social value and her desire to make a meaningful impact led her to retrain in Learning and Development. With eight years of experience in this field, she brings a fresh perspective to Design ID and is committed to inspiring and empowering students through her work in people development and social value outreach.

Outside of work, Suzanne is an avid enthusiast of live entertainment, whether it's attending comedy gigs or live music gigs. During her free time, she loves exploring the great outdoors with her children, often venturing into forests for weekend adventures.
