Phase 2 of the Well Meadow Regeneration. Two buildings (Blocks A & B) provide 284 residential apartments consisting of 133 two bedroom, 139 one bedroom, and 12 studios. The development is designed specifically for the emerging build to rent (BTR) market.
The buildings are constructed with insitu concrete frames on bored pile foundations, both incorporating basements for plant, car parking and retail. Complex temporary works were required to deal with the existing below ground structures on site.
The project included the reinstatement of the public highway between the buildings following completion of the frames.
