The development of 75 apartments is located on one of the main commercial streets in Belfast. There are two blocks, one facing onto Chichester Street and one facing onto Gloucester Street. The entrance is set back of the street and offers a double height reception area. The two towers are linked at first floor level which contains a private swimming pool and gym. The glazed facades are tempered by a stone over-clad structure which provides privacy to the rooms and helps reduce the scale of the 13 storey building.
