Temporary works advice in relation to the sequence and method of demolition. The complex system build construction was less robust than traditional frame structures which required a restrict sequence to be developed with a tower crane at high level to remove the top 4 floors in a reverse construction until a high reach machine could be used to carry out a safe and controlled demolition.
