New Office = Buns

On #WorldMentalHealthDay we are encouraging all our team to focus on mental health and encouraging open conversations around the topic. Mental health problems can exist in our lives, those of our families, in the workplace and in our communities; it impacts everyone. At Design ID we aim to support our team as much as possible to prevent mental ill-health and promote positive wellbeing. We are always encouraging all our team to ‘Start the Conversation’ and sit down together over tea and cake. Everyone should take the chance to talk about mental health in general, how to look after it, check in with others and how to get help if you are struggling. We are a registered supporter of Mates in Mind, and we offer a range of Company benefits to encourage positive mental health and wellbeing including Trained Mental Health First Aiders, an Employee Assistance Programme, a Health Care Plan and regular sports and social activities amongst other things. As we move to our new premises in Hillsborough, our new Wellbeing Champion Team will be developing a programme of events to be held during the working day to ensure a vibrant work atmosphere.
