BIG WEEKEND 2022!

This year’s team building event saw us take the whole team off to Portrush – with a current team of almost 60 people across our London and Hillsborough offices, our emphasis on teamwork is just as important as when there were only two employees many years ago. In the morning our Senior Engineer, Amy planned and ran relaxed workshops on our core behaviours and ‘colours’ and how our ‘good’ and ‘bad’ day behaviours can impact our communications with others to ensure the best team work possible. These sessions were followed by surfing, good food and a few hours of letting our hair down, adorned in terrible shirts!
