Happy International Women's Day!

Only 11% of the engineering workforce in the UK is female. At Design ID we are proud to be well above this with over a third of our staff being female, progressing towards 50%. We are also very proud of Serena Gildea in our London office. Serena recently responded to a letter in The Structural Engineer magazine regarding gender imbalance in engineering.
