Niamh, a Chartered Civil Infrastructure Engineer, has over six years of experience delivering complex public realm, heritage, marine, and bridge infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland. She holds a First Class MEng in Structural Engineering with Architecture from Queen’s University Belfast and became a Chartered Member of the ICE in July 2025.

Niamh has played a pivotal role in establishing the consultancy’s Dublin office, leading its local growth strategy, project delivery, and client engagement. She currently acts as Employer’s Representative on multiple projects, including public realm and active travel schemes, a major pedestrian bridge structure, and university infrastructure developments in County Dublin.

Her portfolio spans a wide range of civil infrastructure including industrial, rail, and flagship tourism projects. Notable works include the Swan Park Restoration in Buncrana, the Fort Dunree Heritage Redevelopment, and the large-scale redevelopment of the Lough Key Activity Centre.

Niamh was named ICE NI Emerging Engineer of the Year (2021) and received the ICE Ferguson Medal (2023) for her contributions to Swan Park. As Chair of the ICE NI Early Careers Network in 2022/23, she coordinated CPD events and outreach across the island of Ireland and remains an active advocate for the engineering profession.

Outside work, Niamh plays Gaelic football with St. Jude’s GAA in Dublin, enjoys travelling and spending time with family & friends, and is known in the office for treating her teammates to her homemade bakes.
