Cein McCloskey

Cein graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast where he was President of the Engineering Society in his final year and achieved a 1st Class Honours degree in Civil Engineering. Since graduating he has worked in Dublin and London obtaining experience on a wide range of projects varying from feasibility studies for multi-national corporations to complex high rise concrete frames at stages 3 through to 5 for various property developers. This experience has allowed Cein to develop an appreciation of the importance to implement measures into his designs that ensure they are both practical and sustainable.

On each project Cein enjoys working collaboratively with wider project teams and approaches work with a can-do attitude to ensure deliverables are met to the client’s satisfaction. He considers his own professional development to be of high importance and has joined Design ID to further better his technical knowledge whilst also getting the chance to work on projects that contribute beneficially to local areas.

Cein enjoys spending his own time with close friends and family and has a keen interest all kinds of sports, health and fitness and modern history.
