Declan is a Senior Digital Engineer at Design ID, bringing over five years of specialist experience in geospatial technologies for the architecture, engineering and construction sector. He joined the practice in June 2024, contributing advanced expertise in the development and architecture of geospatial solutions that support data‑driven decision‑making and digital innovation.

He has extensive experience working with ArcGIS, including the creation and management of complex geospatial databases, the delivery of spatial analyses and the production of clear, user‑focused mapping outputs. Declan is also highly proficient in FME (Feature Manipulation Engine), enabling him to automate, streamline and enhance geospatial data workflows to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
