Katrina Wilson

Katrina is a Project Engineer at Design ID, holding a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University Belfast.

Katrina graduated in 2021 and gained early industry experience through a year‑long placement within contracting, where she worked as part of the utilities team on a major road infrastructure project in Northern Ireland. This experience provided her with valuable exposure to site delivery, coordination and construction processes.

Katrina is co‑author of a research paper presented at the Civil Engineering Research Ireland Conference in 2020. She brings strong analytical skills, a solid technical foundation and an understanding of both design and construction environments.

She approaches her work with curiosity, diligence and a strong focus on learning, collaboration and delivering practical engineering solutions.

At Design ID, Katrina supports project teams through design development, technical analysis and coordinated delivery, contributing to high‑quality outcomes aligned with client and business objectives.
