Steve Gregan

Steve has over 15 years’ experience delivering marine, civil and infrastructure engineering projects across Ireland, the UK and internationally, including South Africa, South America and the Middle East. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE) with a strong technical and commercial background. Steve holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Trinity College Dublin. This mix of engineering and business experience shapes how he approaches projects, with a focus on practical solutions, risk, value and client priorities.

Steve takes a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to engineering, with a strong emphasis on buildability, value and collaborative delivery. He has led multidisciplinary teams across all stages of delivery, working closely with clients, contractors and stakeholders to deliver efficient, sustainable and buildable outcomes.

Alongside project delivery, Steve has held senior leadership roles with responsibility for managing and growing business units. This has included setting strategy, managing P&L and supporting team performance, while staying closely involved in live projects and available to clients. He has also acted as PSDP and Employer’s Representative on various public and private works contracts, providing oversight from early stages through to construction and handover.
