Michelle McWilliams

Michelle joined Design ID to reignite her career in bid management, following a period working as a Medical Secretary. Earlier in her professional journey, she held roles at GeMaC Construction, BT, and Lagan Technologies, where she first developed her expertise in bid management. With a plethora of experience spanning the Health, IT, and Construction sectors, Michelle brings a strong passion for crafting high-quality proposals and driving successful project outcomes.

Michelle spent 15 years with the Belfast Trust, working in Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services as a Medical Secretary. During this time, she also trained to support the children’s mental health inpatient ward, developing a deep commitment to mental health advocacy and gaining a wide range of transferable skills that support wellbeing in the workplace.

Fun Fact: Michelle holds a purple belt in kickboxing!
