Ciaran Henderson

Ciaran Henderson is Bids Lead at Design ID, where he is responsible for managing and coordinating the company's bid and tender function.

He brings over ten years of experience in operations, executive support and large-scale project coordination, having worked across Ireland, Canada and the UK. Before joining Design ID, Ciaran spent more than five years as EA to the CEO of Goldbeck Recruiting in Vancouver, where he led projects spanning business development operations, ATS implementation, VOIP system upgrades and cloud-based file management.

Prior to that, he built his career in professional event management with MCI in Dublin, coordinating complex international programmes and managing multi-supplier logistics for events of up to 800 delegates across Europe.

Ciaran studied Event Management at Dublin Institute of Technology and is known for bringing structure, attention to detail and a clear process-driven approach to complex, deadline-driven work. At Design ID, he plays a central role in shaping how the business presents itself to clients and pursues new opportunities.
