Associate / Senior Management

As a Senior Management Leader, you'll dive into a dynamic role that involves everything from developing new workstreams, managing client relationships to overseeing project teams and technical proposals. You'll be the go-to expert on mid-to-large size projects, ensuring that every aspect meets our high standards of quality and innovation.

Your technical skills will shine as you oversee engineering reports, conduct feasibility studies, and develop detailed designs using cutting-edge software. You'll also lead the way in ensuring projects comply with legal requirements and prioritise health, safety, and environmental considerations, whilst also flexing your leadership and communication skills to lead teams, manage deadlines, and maintain the highest standards of quality output.

We require, you to have CEng with a recognised professional institution and a minimum of 10 years relevant experience.

We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience in the following areas our infrastructure team specialises in;

• Railway Infrastructure Projects with Iarnród Éireann in Ireland, in Northern Ireland with Translink and in the UK with Network Rail
• Public Realm & Active Travel Design
• Renewable Sector (On shore Wind, Solar, energy distribution)
• Industrial Clients in the private sector (Factories, Power Stations, Data Centres)
• Projects vary from scheme design through to providing construction presence, and.
• Working directly with Public Sector Clients to the front line with D&B Projects
