Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Revit Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high quality structural models and drawings using Autodesk Revit, supporting engineers and project managers throughout all stages of design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D structural models in Revit for various building projects
- Produce detailed drawings and schedules in compliance with UK Standards and project specifications
- Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure models reflect design intent and technical requirements
- Coordinate with architects and other consultants to manage model integration and resole clashes
- Maintain BIM standards and contribute to continuous improvement of workflows
- Assist in preparing documentation for planning, tender, and construction phases
Requirements:
Essential:
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (minimum 2 years' experience in a structural environment)
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong Communication and teamwork abilities
Desirable:
- Experience with BIM coordination tools
- Knowledge of AutoCad and other relevant software
- Familiarity with BS EN standards and BIM Level 2 requirements
